By installing, activating, or using GB Nest, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
GB Nest is licensed, not sold. A subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use GB Nest on the number of machines stated in your plan. You may not redistribute, decompile, or resell the software.
Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The 14-day trial requires no payment details. It expires automatically. After it expires, GB Nest will not function until you start a paid subscription.
Because we offer a full-featured free trial, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] if you have an unusual case - we're reasonable.
We may push updates to GB Nest from time to time. These are included in your subscription. Some features may require the latest version.
GB Nest is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to lost material, scrap, or downtime. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend your licence if you breach these terms. You may cancel any time. On termination, your right to use GB Nest ends; your project files remain on your computer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
