These terms govern your use of GB Nest ("GB Nest", "we", "us", "our") - our website, the application, and any paid licence. "You" means the person or business using GB Nest. By installing, activating, or using GB Nest you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, don't use it. We operate from the United Kingdom; for our full business and contact details, email [email protected].
GB Nest is licensed, not sold. A paid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GB Nest on the number of machines stated in your plan. You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or activation, except to the extent the law permits.
GB Nest can be downloaded and used free of charge as a demo, with no payment details or registration required. Every feature is available for evaluation; however, exporting nested output is disabled until you activate a paid licence. Exporting output that uses Pro features additionally requires a Pro licence.
Paid licences are monthly subscriptions, charged in GBP, that renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Manage Subscription in the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; your licence stays active until then, after which export is disabled and GB Nest returns to demo mode.
If you are a consumer, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By subscribing and activating, you ask us to provide access immediately and acknowledge that, once export is unlocked, you lose that 14-day cancellation right. You can still cancel future renewals at any time (section 4). Fees already paid are non-refundable, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, contact [email protected] - we're reasonable. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty digital content.
We may change our prices. If a change affects your subscription, we'll give you notice by email before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you don't accept it.
You agree not to use GB Nest unlawfully, not to interfere with or probe our systems, and not to bypass or tamper with licensing, activation, or usage limits.
We may release updates to GB Nest from time to time. These are included in your subscription. Some features may require the latest version.
GB Nest runs locally on your machine; activation and updates require an internet connection. The software is provided "as is" and "as available", and we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of GB Nest, including but not limited to lost material, scrap, or downtime. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms. You may cancel at any time. On termination, your right to use GB Nest ends; your project files remain on your computer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
