When you create an account, start a trial, or buy a licence, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your name and (optionally) company name
• Billing information processed by our payment provider, Stripe
• An anonymised machine identifier used for licence activation
• Anonymous usage diagnostics (crash reports, feature usage counts) - optional and can be turned off in app settings

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Deliver and activate your licence
• Send licence keys, billing receipts, and important service announcements
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Improve the product through anonymised diagnostics

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that make GB Nest work:

• Stripe - payment processing
• Supabase - account and licence database
• Resend - transactional email delivery

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. We may add analytics in future - if we do, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.

7. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date above and email you.
